The Direct Support Professional is responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered services to adults with developmental disabilities across three core programs: Supported Living Services (SLS), Independent Living Services (ILS), and Coordinated Family Support (CFS). This position involves meeting individuals where they are—whether in their own apartment, a family home, or transitioning from homelessness into housing—and providing the training, coordination, and compassionate support needed to help them thrive in the community of their choice.

The ideal candidate is patient, flexible, and deeply committed to honoring each individual's voice while ensuring their health, safety, and ongoing progress toward personally meaningful goals.

Starting hourly rate: $20.00 USD per hour
